BlowFly
I've taken the Bezier sound engine of Quad-Klanger, and applied the principles of Dynamic Stochastic Synthesis to it. In other words, with BlowFly the composer sets a few probability distribution parameters and the values of movement boundaries, and then the app generates a soundscape by manipulating the shape and wavelength of the curve from one cycle to the next.
Weird and unpredictable is an understatement - the resulting sounds can be subtle and mellow one moment and angry, twisted and distorted the next.

BlowFly Application Description File
'PAD' files are datasets which allow software authors to communicate specific and most often requested information about their products to online communities in a concise and standard way. This PAD file is in XML format (data can be extracted and parsed using standard XML toolkits):

Simply unzip the contents of this file into any directory on your hard drive, and double-click on 'BlowFly101.exe' to launch the application.

Minimum Hardware: Intel Pentium 2, 500MHz. 512MB RAM
Operating System: Windows 2000, XP, 7. I have successfully installed and run the application on these platforms, but should also work with Windows Vista.
